This Privacy Policy explains how DLVE, operated by Plus2 LLC ("DLVE," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, contact us, or when our measurement technology runs on a client's digital properties. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.
When you request a demo, contact us, or apply for a role, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, company, and message.
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect device and usage information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and interactions with the site. We also derive a hashed, pseudonymous device identifier (a "Visitor ID") used for measurement and attribution. The Visitor ID is not designed to identify you by name.
On behalf of our clients (advertisers and publishers), our tags record advertising events such as impressions, clicks, page views, and conversions, and resolve them to a Visitor ID. We process this data as a service provider or processor to the client, under their instructions.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with: service providers and infrastructure vendors who process data on our behalf; our clients, for whom we provide measurement; and authorities where required by law. Where we act as a processor or service provider, the relevant client's privacy policy governs their use of the data.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising. You can exercise an opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Data page, or by contacting us. You can also control cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Measurement data retention is governed by our agreements with the relevant client.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date.
