We need a fast, versatile ad designer to produce display, social, CTV, and DOOH creative for DLVE and Marketplace campaigns. You will turn briefs and live product feeds into scroll-stopping, on-brand creative that is built to be measured.
What you'll do
- Design static and animated ad units across standard IAB sizes, social formats, and CTV/DOOH.
- Build flexible templates that work with DynamicCreative, our live feed-driven creative engine.
- Turn campaign briefs around quickly without losing polish or brand consistency.
- Partner with media and account teams to iterate on what is actually performing.
What you bring
- A portfolio of performance and brand ad creative across multiple channels.
- Fluency in Figma and the Adobe suite; motion and basic HTML5 banner experience a plus.
- Comfort working from feeds and data, and an eye for detail at speed.
- Reliable availability as a contractor with quick turnaround.
Account Executive, DLVE Platform

Own the full sales cycle for the DLVE measurement and attribution platform. You will sell to advertisers and agencies who are tired of black-box reporting and want to know, down to the dollar, what their media actually moved.
What you'll do
- Prospect, qualify, and close advertisers and agencies on the DLVE platform and its products.
- Run technical demos that show attribution traced to real revenue, not modeled guesses.
- Build and manage a pipeline, forecast accurately, and hit quarterly targets.
- Work with the product team to bring market feedback back into the roadmap.
What you bring
- 3+ years closing SaaS, martech, or adtech, ideally measurement or analytics.
- A track record of hitting quota and selling technical products to marketers.
- Enough fluency in attribution and media to hold your own with analysts and CMOs.
- A consultative, no-hype style. We sell the truth, not fairy tales.

- Feed demand signals back to the team building new Marketplace packages.
What you bring
- 2+ years in media, adtech, or platform sales with a transactional motion.
- Comfort selling outcomes and packaged offerings rather than custom builds.
- High activity, strong follow-through, and a hunter mentality.
- Bonus: existing relationships with brands or agencies in our core verticals.
Publisher Partnerships Manager, Marketplace Inventory

Source and onboard new publisher inventory for the DLVE Marketplace. You will bring on the supply, from premium publishers to niche and emerging inventory, that powers our packaged campaigns and keeps measurement at the center.
What you'll do
- Identify, pitch, and close publishers and inventory partners to join the Marketplace.
- Negotiate terms and ensure inventory is tagged and measurable end to end with DLVE.
- Build a diverse supply base across display, CTV, DOOH, audio, and emerging channels.
- Manage partner relationships and grow the quality and scale of available inventory.
What you bring
- 3+ years in publisher development, supply partnerships, or media sales.
- A network of publisher and inventory relationships you can activate.
- Understanding of programmatic supply, tagging, and measurement basics.
